Core Tasks:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- ย Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clientsโ needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Educations :
Bachelorโs degree or equivalent in business, management or related fields.
Job requirements:
- 3-5 years of National Sales experience in the same sector (electronic consumer goods, fashion lifestyle brands, or similar product offerings to B2C environments.
- They must be willing to be flexible, be great communicators, have strong negotiation skills with a scalable approach to dealing with internal and external client. Have outstanding influence, leadership and management skills are key stakeholders with a solid understanding of retail and team management.
- Good in Relationship skill and Presentation skill.
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
