  2. They must be willing to be flexible, be great communicators, have strong negotiation skills with a scalable approach to dealing with internal and external client. Have outstanding influence, leadership and management skills are key stakeholders with a solid understanding of retail and team management.
  3. Good in Relationship skill and Presentation skill.
  4. An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  5. Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
