Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum of 1 years experience in warehouse department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the conformity of the received goods between the PO and the Delivery Note.
• Storage process: ensure that the spare parts storage process is in accordance with storage procedures/rules.
• Ensure the availability of accurate stock records.
• Disbursement process: coordinate the spare parts expenditure process based on the goods request or Order form in SAP.
• Create priorities and distribute tasks to the team to ensure existing resources are used effectively so that work targets and schedules can be achieved.
• Ensure that all items in the warehouse are registered in the master data in the system. Propose additions to the master data in the system, for items that have not been registered in the system.
• Disbursement process: coordinate the spare parts expenditure process based on the goods request or Order form in SAP.
