Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architect is a Plus. Master degree is preferable in marketing, business, or related field.
• Age between 25 – 45 years old
• Has experience on Sales, Marketing or Busdev (Preferably in property industry is PLUS)
• Has understanding in Bekasi market.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales and brand growth in both physical and digital channels.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Additional certifications in Sales or Digital Marketing or E-commerce are a plus.
• Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
• Passion for landed and residential for property industry.
• Wiling to be placed WFO, in MGold Tower (Bekasi)

Job Description:

• Create end-to-end marketing strategy in collaboration with sales & marketing manager teams to activate and engage customers across different touch points and internal/external marketing channels
• Maintain close relationships with cross-functional teams including sales & marketing managers, planning & design managers, engineering managers, estate managers, promotion and customer support to drive small business marketing communications strategy.
• Compiling annual reports of market plan a 5 year at business development
• Provide recommendations to the board of directors on market conditions
• Report to Operation Director
