Responsibilities:ย
- Performing the administration of all Purchase Orders (PO) for commercial purposes (consisting of loose spot orders and sponsor/blocking orders).
- Verifying materials to ensure that the terms and completeness of commercial PO administration and materials have been met in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Coordinating with Sales, Sales Admin, and Collection teams regarding issues related to advertising placement and invoices that do not align with client orders.
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs Degree from Accounting, Economics & Administration
- Having 1 year experience in the related field, fresh graduate is open to apply.
- Strong computer skill with Microsoft Office, Spreadsheet & Internal LAN.
- Well-organized and attentive to detail.
- Good personality & communication skill.
- Great team player but able to work individually.
