Then from that, we are looking for the best people to fill the new candidate as Assembly Supervisor.
General Responsibilities:
- Control process production in the Assembly Dept. to achieve KPI department in Quality, Cost, Productivity ,Delivery, Safety and 5S
- Implement Preventive maintenance of Machines
- Ensuring the process production follow Safety Regulation
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Ensuring that each process and product result meets with quality standard.
- People development by skill up operator and mechanic staff
- Implement continues improvement
- Report and Present Monthly Achievement to Manager
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Able to communication and writing in English
- Able to operate Microsoft Office
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Production Dept.
- Preferably have experience as Supervisor / leader production in Japan Company Manufacturing/Production Operations
- Honest, have good leadership, discipline and able to work as a team
