Responsibilities:

  • Data Compilation: Compile data from input results in the new system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Process Duplication: Duplicate processes from the legacy system using corresponding data from the new system.
  • Data Validation: Cross-verify data inputs from the legacy system to ensure validity and alignment with the new system.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Prior experience in data entry or related roles is preferred, with ERP experience being advantageous.
  3. Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using data entry software, spreadsheets, and databases.
  4. Typing Skills: Exhibit fast and accurate typing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  5. Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to efficiently organize and manage large volumes of data.
  6. Attention to Detail: Display a keen focus on the accuracy and completeness of data inputs.
  7. Time Management: Proven capability to meet deadlines and effectively manage time.
  8. Communication Skills: Basic communication skills for interaction with team members and supervisors.
  9. Problem Solving: Aptitude for identifying and addressing data entry discrepancies.
  10. Adaptability: Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to evolving process changes.
  11. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  12. Confidentiality: Exhibit discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Duration : 1 month project (fully WFO)

Willing to be placed in Bandung

Gaji: Rp100.000 – Rp150.000 Per hari
