Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Construction Auditor is responsible for reviewing the effectiveness of construction projects, and give recommendations to the management to ensure the compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and industry standards.
Job Description :
- Review the effectiveness of the existing process and control of project/construction management.
- Understanding the scope and scale of the project.
- Where required undertake travel to job sites to gather projects information to be reviewed.
- Review the project timelines with project managers and construction managers to identify potential project delays.
- Evaluating project performance
- Give recommendation/action plan to improve project management internal control.
- Design the Business Process Mapping of plan to construct process.
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimal 2 years experience in construction is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards.
- Will be placed in Lippo Karawaci.
