Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Make a recap of financial services.
- Making payment announcements through Posters, Banners, Email Blasts, LEAPS Announcements, Social Media Announcements.
- Make payment receipts if needed.
- Make reminders of new student payment schedules.
- Record A/R of student payments and identifying student payments.
- Ensuring student bills are appropriate.
- Record student payments received per day.
- Upload bills for students to Bank Mandiri, Permata and BCA virtual accounts.
- Upload virtual account code.
- Follow up student tuition bills.
- Follow up and make advance reports.
Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor in Accounting/Management/Information Systems
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Have the ability to speak English actively both verbally and in writing
- Having understanding in service excellence is a plus
- Having experience as customer service is a plus
- Able to work with various parties and under pressure
- Skilled in making reports in the form of PPT and Excel
