What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Human Resources Information System
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with IT and People & Culture teams to integrate HRIS with other business systems
  • Lead the delivery of efficient and effective People & Culture services, including payroll, compensation and benefits administration, vendor management, and other People & Culture-related administration (e.g., uniforms, office operations, supplies, welfare facilities)
  • Develop and implement People & Culture policies and procedures to improve service delivery, ensure consistency and compliance across operations
  • Monitor and evaluate People & Culture service performance and implement improvements as needed
  • Develop and manage People & Culture analytics and reporting tools to provide insights into workforce trends and People & Culture performance
  • Create and maintain dashboards that visualize key People & Culture metrics for stakeholders
  • Use data analytics to support strategic People & Culture initiatives and decision-making
  • Manage, control, and monitor People & Culture budget to ensure alignment with organizational goals and financial constraints

We want you to be a person who:

  • Interested in people’s everyday life at home and furnishing products
  • Proven experience in HRIS management, HR services, and HR analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals
  • Experience in leading change initiatives, particularly in implementing new technologies or processes within HR
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex HR challenges and improve processes
  • Experience with specific HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
